1. Personal study loan is used to pay tuition and fees, transportation expenses and living expenses. Each person can only apply for a personal loan for studying abroad once per academic year, and the maximum amount of a single loan does not exceed 300,000 yuan, which does not exceed 80% of the total expenses required by the educated in that academic year. The same principal borrower can apply for no more than 6 individual study abroad loans, with a total amount of no more than 6,543,800 yuan+8,000 yuan.
2. Personal study loan with study abroad deposit as loan purpose, the amount of which shall be subject to the statement of study abroad deposit requirements or relevant certification materials provided by the embassy of the destination country (or relevant institutions in the destination area), study abroad institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education and study abroad intermediaries. In principle, the loan amount shall not exceed 90% of the total amount of study abroad deposit required by the educated, and the maximum amount shall not exceed 6,543,800 yuan+0.5 million yuan or equivalent foreign currency.
