Reinforcement of Large Diameter (b≥2500mm) Galvanized Steel Pipe
1. Material: 1.2mm thick galvanized steel plate, Ф 4× 8 galvanized rivets.
2. Tools: shearing machine, square folding machine, hand electric drill, hammer and pad iron.
3. Process: making C-shaped strips → drawing lines → drilling → riveting → flange installation.
4. Technological method: The C-shaped strip is made of galvanized steel plate with the thickness of 1.2mm, and riveted every 600 ~ 750 mm along the width direction of the air duct. Rivets are riveted on the inner side of the air duct every 200 ~ 220 mm, and flanges are installed at both ends of the air duct after reinforcement.
5. Control points: C-shaped strips should be machined straight and riveted straight and firm.
6. Quality requirements: the riveting should be smooth and firm, the riveting points should be 200-220 mm apart and evenly distributed, and the rebar should be 600-750mm apart and evenly distributed.

2, glass fiber duct reinforcement
1. Material: galvanized nut? 16KBG pipe, galvanized threaded screw, disc.
2. Tools: grinding wheel cutting machine, hand electric drill.
3. Working procedure: positioning drilling → processing and installing KBG pipe → fixing.
4. Process method: When the long side of rectangular air duct is more than 630mm, the space height should be strengthened along the middle of the long side, and the position of KBG pipe should be determined on the air duct according to the distance of 300 ~ 600 mm, with the reinforcing points in the center or evenly and symmetrically distributed, and the upper and lower holes vertically correspond.
The processing length of KBG pipe is the height of air duct minus the thickness of two disks. After placing KBG tubes and discs at both ends of the inner side in the corresponding positions of bolt holes, screw on the screws, fix the outer side with discs and nuts, and close the head with round head nuts.
5. Control points: KBG pipe length, threading screw length and air duct surface flatness.
6. Quality requirements: the spacing of steel bars in rows is even, the surface of air duct is free from deformation, and the steel bars are firmly fixed.

3, duct and fan soft connection
1. Material: three-proof cloth, jumper, galvanized bolt, galvanized iron bar, air duct flange.
2. Tools: steel tape measure, level gauge, pistol drill.
3. Working procedure: locating elastic line → making flange and soft joint → connecting soft joint → grounding jumper.
4. Process method: Determine the distance and concentricity between the air duct and the fan, the distance is 150 ~ 200mm, and the air duct and the fan are concentric and have the same diameter; Flanges are made at both ends of the flexible joint. The bolt hole spacing of middle and low pressure system is 120 ~ 150 mm, the bolt hole spacing of high pressure and purification system is 80 ~ 100 mm, and the length of soft joint is the flange distance plus 20 ~ 30 mm expansion. Fix the flexible joint evenly on the flange with rivets. The rivet position corresponds to the flange bolt position, and the fan flange corresponds to the air duct flange bolt hole. Roofs and riot sites shall be connected with copper nose grounding jumpers with yellow-green double-color copper core cords of not less than 4mm2. The center lines of row fans should be on the same straight line.
5. Control points: concentricity, flange and soft joint processing.
6. Quality requirements: The fan and air duct should be concentric, with smooth soft connection, proper tightness and tight interface.
