Persons who passed the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020, applied for legal professional qualification in Nanjing and passed the examination and approval by the Ministry of Justice (including active servicemen).
The applicant for this certificate refers to those who applied for granting legal professional qualifications in Nanjing from October to February, 20021+65438/KLOC-0 (including those who applied for granting legal professional qualifications across cities or provinces), but does not include full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities and military academies in 20021(including applicants with equivalent academic qualifications).
Second, the time, place and method of obtaining the license
In order to avoid the gathering of people, ensure the smooth, safe and orderly collection of certificates, and save the applicant's time, the collection of legal professional qualification certificates adopts the way of "making an appointment online first, then collecting it on the spot", please understand and support.
(1) Time of obtaining the license
Online appointment: From the date of issuance of this notice to May 17, the applicant can make an appointment to go to the site to collect the certificate (within the following "on-site collection time", 1 person can only make an appointment for 1 on-site collection time, and can make an appointment again after canceling the appointment).
On-site license collection time: from April 19 to May 17 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays), 9: 00 am-165438+0: 00 pm, 13: 30 pm.

Window A254, the first floor of Nanjing Municipal Affairs Service Center, No.265 Jiangdong Middle Road, jianye district, Nanjing (Municipal Bureau of Justice).
(3) the method of obtaining the license
Please make an appointment online and collect it on site. The online booking platform is the "Jiangsu Government Service" mobile app (see the attachment of this notice for downloading the QR code 1).
Applicants should install and log on to the online booking platform in advance, and then make an appointment to collect the certificate on site within the specified time. Please refer to Annex 2 of this notice for the operation method of online booking.
After the applicant has made a successful appointment, please bring your valid resident ID card (the original is returned after verification) and the Legal Professional Qualification Application Acceptance Form at the time of obtaining the certificate on site, and I will go to the place where the certificate is obtained. After checking that the information is consistent with the certificate information, I can get it after signing and confirming.
On-site license collection process: the applicant enters the lobby of the Municipal Affairs Service Center-takes the number at the guide desk or self-service number collection place-waits in the lobby area-checks the identity at A254 window-checks the certificate information and signs it-and leaves the service hall.
Note: When the applicant enters the municipal administrative service center, he should follow the management guidance of the on-site staff (wearing a mask, taking temperature, showing an electronic health certificate, etc.). ).
Third, licensing requirements.
1. Due to the normalization of epidemic prevention and control situation, the holder shall abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City, cooperate with the management and guidance of the on-site staff, and enter the license issuing place in a safe and orderly manner to collect them in turn.
2. The legal professional qualification certificate is obtained by myself. In order to effectively verify the certificate information and ensure the safety of the certificate, it is not allowed to collect the certificate on behalf of others or provide mail service. When receiving the certificate, the staff will scan the certificate on the spot and register for the first time.
3. When going through the licensing procedures, you need to bring and present your valid resident ID card and legal professional qualification application acceptance form on the spot. After receiving the certificate, please carefully check the certificate name, ID number, photos and other related information, and inform the staff in time if you find any mistakes.
4. If the applicant can't collect it in person at the site within the specified time, we will keep his certificate for him, and we can make an appointment by phone to collect it at other times (during working hours).
5. Persons who have obtained legal professional qualifications need to transfer their legal professional qualification files to Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and may apply to Nanjing Legal Professional Qualification Examination Service Center.
