There are eight bonus items for Beijing points: social security, residence, education, age, occupation and residence, tax payment, innovation and entrepreneurship, and honor recognition. Most applicants who have settled in Beijing have bonus points such as social security, household registration, education background and age.
(a) Social security-legal and stable employment indicators and scores
Legal and stable employment is what we call social security, and it takes a long time for social security to settle ashore. 3 points a year can be calculated on a monthly basis, so decimals often appear.
(2) Residential index and score-legally stable residence
Simply put, it is housing information. Self-owned housing plus 1 point for one year and 0.5 point for renting a house for one year. This indicator should not be confused with the job-residence indicator, which is an extra bonus indicator for the suburbs. If you have a house in the suburbs, you can enjoy a stable residence and a working residence at the same time, and both indicators will be added.
(3) Age indicators and scores
If the applicant is under 45 years old, add 20 points.
Education-indicators and scores of educational background
Applicants who have obtained national education series and academic qualifications (degrees) recognized by the Ministry of Education can get corresponding points.
