The alloy can be cold-worked and strengthened, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It is suitable for manufacturing low-load antioxidant parts below 1 100℃.

Metallographic structure of Inconel600:
After the alloy was treated at 1 120℃ for 2 hours, only tin nitride and Cr7C3 carbide were found. After long-term aging at1500℃ and 870℃, the microstructure of the alloy is still Cr7C3 and TiN, which indicates that the structure of the alloy is stable.
Technological properties and requirements of Cr-Ni-Fe alloy 600;
1. The alloy has good hot workability, and the heating temperature for ingot forging is110℃ ~1140℃.
2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree of forgings and the final forging temperature.
3. The alloy has good weldability and can be connected by arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding, brazing and other methods. After solution welding, large or complex welded structural parts should be annealed at 870℃ for 65438±0h to eliminate welding stress. ?
4. The alloy must be machined after heat treatment. Because of the work hardening of materials, it is suggested to use a lower cutting speed and re-feeding tool than low-alloy standard austenitic stainless steel before processing into a surface layer that has been cold hardened.
