2. Submission of materials. After approval, confirm the address information, senior management information and business scope. Materials can be submitted online and offline. Before submitting offline, you can make an appointment on the industrial and commercial network in advance, which takes about 5 working days.
3. After obtaining the license and the legal application materials are approved, you can bring the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration and the original ID card to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain the business license.
4. Engraving: After obtaining the business license, you need to bring the original business license and the original ID card of the legal representative to the engraving point designated by the Public Security Bureau for filing, and handle: official seal, financial seal, contract seal, legal representative seal and invoice seal; If the legal representative can't collect it in person, he/she needs to carry the "Power of Attorney for Engraving" signed or sealed by the legal person.
The conditions for obtaining a business license are as follows:
1. Shareholders meet the quorum;
2. The amount of capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association;
3. Shareholders * * * jointly formulate the Articles of Association;
4. Having a company name and establishing an organization meeting the requirements of a limited liability company;
5. Have a company residence.
To sum up, a company can only obtain the qualification of enterprise legal person if it is legally registered by the company registration authority and obtains a business license. If a company is established, it shall not engage in business activities in the name of the company without registration by the company registration authority.

To establish a company, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment according to law. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company.
Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered.
