At present, he is the assistant to the dean of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University, the professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of International Politics, the director of the research base for international governance of cyberspace of Fudan University, and the chief expert of the major project of the National Social Science Fund "Network Governance System from the Perspective of Overall National Security Concept".
