2. How many levels of 2.ITSS certification services are there?
From low to high, ITSS is Grade 4, Grade 3, Grade 2 and Grade 1 respectively.
ITSS Level 4 is the most basic requirement, and only the ITSS standard requirement system needs to be established, and there is no index assessment requirement at all.
The third level of ITSS goes further on the basis of the fourth level, and puts forward high requirements for the completeness of the system, business matching, operation and maintenance tools and monitoring and mining tools.
On the basis of the third level, ITSS II pays more attention to the correlation and coordination between departments, and can put forward corresponding requirements for the emergency mechanism of enterprises.
ITSS level is also the highest ITSS level at present, which requires not only comprehensive quantitative management, but also certain technological innovation and business change motivation.
The maturity model of operation and maintenance services has four levels. The application conditions are as follows: Level 4 application needs to be engaged in operation and maintenance services for more than one year, Level 3 application needs to be engaged in operation and maintenance services for more than two years, Level 2 application needs to be certified for more than one year, and Level 1 application needs to be certified for more than one year.

2, ITSS certification level 2 improvement cooperation level has the following basic conditions:
Having the qualification of independent legal person;
According to the secondary characteristics and key indicators of the maturity of operation and maintenance service capability, the operation and maintenance service capability system was established and operated effectively for more than three months;
Can provide effective evidence such as operation and maintenance service capacity management, personnel, resources, technology and process; Hold the conformity of ITSS information technology service standards (level 3 of operational and maintenance service capability maturity) for more than one year.
Hold the first and second certificates of system integration or the third certificate of ITSS operation and maintenance service capability maturity for more than one year.
3. The third-level extension level of 3.ITSS certification meets the following basic conditions:

4, ITSS certification level 4 basic level has the following basic conditions:

Can provide effective evidence such as operation and maintenance service capacity management, personnel, resources, technology and process;
