Not sure. As of March 29, 2023, Tianyancha official did not release the information that Nanjing Huabao was going to close down, so it was impossible to determine. Nanjing Huabao, located in Jiangning District, Nanjing, is a subsidiary of Taiwan-funded company Huabao Communication. Company Scale Huabao Communication (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. was established by Taiwan Province Huabao Communication Investment.
