1, make an appointment
When making an appointment, you need to bring: the original and copy of my ID card.
When asking, take the family as the unit. /kloc-Those over 0/8 and under 70 need to be present in person, and cannot act as agents. You need to bring a notarial certificate when acting as an agent.
Step 2 investigate
The following materials are required for inquiry:
(1) ID card: original and photocopy of ID card;
(2) Household registration book: the original and one copy of the home page and my page;
(3) One original and one copy of the household registration certificate for collective households, and one original and one copy of the household registration certificate for minor children;
(4) The original and photocopy of the marriage certificate;
(5) Single (widowed, divorced, unmarried) requires the original and photocopy of the single certificate issued by the civil affairs bureau where the household registration is located.
The inquiry needs to be family-based. Couples can do it for them, but others can't. Only husband and wife can do it.
3. Payment can be made and stamped after inquiry.
Matters needing attention in opening the first suite certificate:
(1) The certificate of the first suite must be issued by the housing management bureau of the city at or above the county level. If the household registration is rural, the village committee will open it, the town will stamp it, and then the county will stamp it.
(2) The first suite certificate must also have the organization code of the local housing management department and the contact number of the manager.
(3) Older singles must first issue a certificate of marital status to the Civil Affairs Bureau, that is, a single certificate.
