The approved area of the quasi-purchase permit is purchased at the affordable housing price; If the area exceeds the approved area of the quasi-purchase certificate, it shall be purchased according to the market price of the same lot and similar ordinary commodity housing at the time of placing, and the proceeds shall be uniformly turned over to the municipal finance and incorporated into the government housing security fund.

(3) Housing ownership and listing. Affordable housing by the development and construction units responsible for the unified registration of ownership. Affordable housing has "limited property rights". It shall not be listed and traded within 5 years after placing.
