An institution applying for intermediary service business shall submit the following materials when applying:
(1) an application;
(2) Certificate of legal person qualification;
(three) office conditions, office location, business personnel;
(4) Exchanges and cooperation with foreign institutions;
(5) Valid certificates of capital and fixed assets;
(6) The business scope and plan of the proposed intermediary service.
The business scope of intermediary services includes: relevant information and legal advice, acting as an agent for admission, providing visa services, and training before going abroad.
What is studying abroad?
