Want to rent a house in Lhasa

If the requirements are not high, it is easy to find a job. There are many service industries and sales industries. The salary is generally around 1 0,000. A good job will pay a high salary, but it is hard to find.

House problem

It is recommended to rent near Tibet University. After all, the price next to the school is much cheaper than other places. At the same time, the facilities around the school are relatively complete, and the price is much lower than other places.

There are several places where Tibetan college students rent more houses:

There is a red iron gate behind Tibet University (that is, by the river). The house inside is about ten or twenty square meters. It takes one month to pump water wells 170 yuan. But the landlord pulled the cable, and the electricity fee 1.5 yuan. Once, you could apply to him for * * * to use the money. Toilets are public. There are Tibetans and Han people, but the environment is very good. Go out and sit on the riverbank opposite the Lhasa River and watch the river flow.

Behind Tibet University (Jiangsu Changan Group Staff Base), if you say so, someone should know that it is 50 meters away from the previous one, and the public network cable price of tap water toilet is 200. You can also find someone to use it. The environment inside is good, and most of them are Han students (the young couple are mostly hehe). The house is better than the red door house. Electricity fee 1 yuan once.

The price of the house (kindergarten house) behind Tibet University is 300 yuan. A house is a small suite, that is, a living place inside and a kitchen and bathroom outside. The house is a rectangular structure, but the two parts are separated by a wall. Network cable can share the environment with people. There are many quiet kindergarten teachers (some beautiful teachers are, after all, kindergarten staff quarters, hehe).

The house behind Tibet University (amusement park) costs 260 yuan, which is similar to the structure of the first two houses, but the house is better, with more Tibetans (residential areas) and more students.

There is a similar house in Anju Garden in the eastern suburb of Lhasa, with a single room price of 200+.

These are houses near Tibet University. Anju Garden in the eastern suburb is far from Tibet University, and the rest are all around Tibet University. Students rent many nearby facilities, such as restaurants, Internet cafes, banks, bathrooms, dry cleaners and so on. At the same time, the transportation is convenient, close to Dongjiao Bus Station (the first stop in Lhasa just got off the train) and Dongjiao Bus Station (to the bus stations in various regions). The biggest advantage is that it is close to the school. If you want to eat and take a bath, you can go to Tibet University. The price is cheaper than outside.

There are many places in Lhasa, but the prices are high. The houses I recommend are all relatively cheap, not exceeding 300. The best is the kindergarten house. After a long stay, you can go to Sun Island (which can be understood as the wholesale market in Lhasa) to buy a set of old furniture and cookers, buy food and cook every day, and experience the life of Lhasa citizens. In this way, the cost of staying in Lhasa for a few months will definitely be cheaper than staying in a hotel inn. After all, those places are only tens to hundreds a night.
