1. The company recruits new employees irregularly according to the needs of business development.
2. According to business development, work needs and personnel usage, all departments put forward employee recruitment requirements, which can only be recruited after approval by the General Manager's Office.
3. The company's recruitment methods generally include:

Three. Attendance system

2. Employees of the company should consciously sign in at the office when going to and from work, and the person in charge of the office should make statistics before 14 every month.
3. The company implements a 48-hour working system, and the working hours are from 8: 30 to 5: 00 every working day. Other agents arrange working hours according to business needs and implement a rotation system.
4. All employees of the company must complete attendance in person, and both parties in modern attendance are treated as absenteeism.
5. Those who are late for work or leave early will be deducted 20 yuan from the salary of the current month. If it exceeds 30 minutes, it will be treated as 1 day. If it affects the work of the company, it shall be treated as absenteeism. Except in special circumstances, if you are late for more than 3 times a month, you will be treated as one day of absenteeism. 7. Employees who are absent from work for more than 3 days in the current month will automatically leave their jobs. Those who are absent from work for 6 days throughout the year will be dismissed automatically.
8. Employees should report sick leave to the department head in time, and must fill in the absence form within 2 days after asking for leave and submit it to the administrative department for registration and custody. If the absence form is not filled in or overdue, it will be handled by the miners.
9. On the premise of not interfering with the company's business, employees should fill in the absence form 1 day in advance, and the leave within 1 day shall be approved by the department head, and the leave above 1 day shall be approved by the general manager of the company. If you can't take time off due to emergencies or acute diseases, you should report to the supervisor by yourself or by entrusting others, otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism. 10. The sick leave and personal leave of the department head must be approved by the general manager, and other procedures are similar to those of other employees in the company.
