Housing inspection consultant (senior), with one of the following conditions:
College degree (or equivalent), with more than 5 years working experience in related positions.
B. Bachelor degree or above (or equivalent), more than 3 years working experience in related positions.
C. Master degree or above in related major.
D. On-the-job personnel with more than 7 years working experience in relevant positions and outstanding performance in house inspection.
E. Those who have obtained the intermediate certificate of relevant major and have more than 2 years working experience in relevant positions.
Housing inspection consultant (division), with one of the following conditions:
A lecturers and managers in real estate and architecture colleges.
