The town's collective economy continues to grow and develop, with total assets reaching143.56 million yuan. The economy has gradually entered a virtuous circle, and the collective economy of the town has always maintained an average annual growth rate of total income 10%, and the net income has increased by more than 8% annually. In 2009, the total income of the whole town reached 53 1 100 million yuan, and the net income reached1200 million yuan, of which the total income of collective accounts was 22 1 100,000 yuan and the net income was 665.55.
New modern residential quarters such as "Century City" and "Shuguang Garden" have sprung up in western Beijing. 20 13 the overall renovation of Xiangshan area was fully started. Under the guidance and support of the municipal leaders and the headquarters of Sanshan Wuyuan historical and cultural scenic spot construction, the environmental improvement and construction headquarters of Xiangshan area was established, and the first phase of the eastern district of Xiangshan Zhengbaiqi Village, Puandian Village and Siwangfu Village was started through the transformation and relocation plan of Xiangshan area, involving 530 homesteads. The fruit picking festival was held, and the 6th Xiangshan Strawberry Cultural Tourism Festival, 19th Cherry Festival, 2nd Grape Picking Festival and One River and Ten Gardens Development Forum were successfully held. The annual fruit output value reached 20 million yuan and received more than 654.38+million tourists. The social popularity of modern urban agriculture in our town has been further enhanced, and the economic and social benefits have been significantly improved.
(5) The reform of rural collective property rights system has been steadily advanced.
