According to the original address of your registration card, your file should be sent from the university where you graduated to the Henan Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center. 2. If your hometown, that is, where your college entrance examination students are located, is Luohe, it is no problem for them to change you to Luohe Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; 3.
