If there is unfair competition, bad credit record, violation of laws and regulations, major safety accidents, etc. , who do not meet the standard requirements, industry organizations can give rectification, demotion and cancellation of grades within a time limit according to the seriousness of the case. The labor dispatch unit that has been rectified within a time limit still fails to meet the requirements of the corresponding grade standard within the time limit.
After examination and approval by the jury, the industry organization may reduce its corresponding grade or directly cancel the grade according to the situation. Labor dispatch units whose grades have been cancelled shall have their grade certificates and marks recovered by industry organizations, and shall not reapply for evaluation within two years. When the labor dispatch grade certificate expires, the labor dispatch unit shall reapply for evaluation. If you don't reapply, the original certificate will automatically become invalid.
