Article 14 Taxpayers who implement online tax declaration log on to the online tax hall of the website of Liaoning Provincial State Taxation Bureau through the Internet, and enter the online tax declaration system for tax declaration, so as to realize the seamless connection between the online tax declaration system and the comprehensive tax collection and management information system at all times, so that the taxpayer's tax registration and tax appraisal information can be enjoyed in both systems, and the taxpayer's online declaration information accepted by the system will be automatically transmitted to the tax collection and management system after preliminary logical review and comparison, thus completing the online tax declaration process.
Fifteenth taxpayers enter the online declaration system according to the user password issued by the tax authorities. Taxpayers must change their passwords when logging into the online declaration system for the first time and keep them properly. The taxpayer shall bear the responsibility for the loss of password disclosure caused by the taxpayer.
If a taxpayer loses his password, he should bring a copy of the tax registration certificate, the original agent's ID card and the original online declaration and approval, and go to the competent tax authorities of the taxpayer to report the loss and reset the password.
Article 16 A taxpayer may delete or modify the declaration form before making a formal declaration. When formally declaring, the system will prompt the taxpayer to declare the results and support the taxpayer to query the declaration data. In the process of online declaration, taxpayers should carefully check the data in the declaration form and schedule according to the information such as enterprise type, qualification and tax payment confirmation prompted by the system to ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of the declaration data and reduce the junk data.
Seventeenth taxpayers formally declare online, the system shows that the declaration is unsuccessful, the taxpayer shall modify the declaration data according to the system prompt information, and declare again. The system shows that after the declaration is accepted successfully, if the taxpayer finds that the declaration data is wrong and needs to be revised, he should go to the tax service hall of the competent tax authority of the state administration of taxation for invalid declaration, and then declare again.
