Second, qualifications.

(a) the introduction of talents should be law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, in addition to meeting the post requirements of political quality, physical quality, ideological and moral quality, but also should meet the following conditions.

1. Imported talents must have a general full-time master's degree or above, and the first degree must be a full-time undergraduate. Students studying abroad must provide the original foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.

2. Master students must be under 35 years old (1born after October 4th 1984 165438+), and doctoral students must be under 40 years old (1born after October 4th 1979 65438+).

3. Other conditions that meet the post requirements listed in "20 19 and Linger County Institutions Talent Introduction Post Requirements Table".

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not be included in the introduction.

1. On-the-job civil servants (including those managed according to the Civil Service Law) and the staff of institutions in Hohhot who have been included in the establishment management of institutions during the probation period.

2. Persons who are found to have committed fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and staff of public institutions and are in the prohibition period.

3. Persons who are being investigated for violations of laws and regulations and have not been punished by party discipline or political discipline, and those who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been expelled from public office.

4. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions as stipulated by laws and regulations.

5. Graduates of full-time general higher education in 2020 and beyond are studying for postgraduate and doctoral students.

Third, introduce the procedure.

(1) Online registration and qualification examination

Each person is limited to 1 position. The information to be filled in should be true and accurate. If the introduction is affected by false information, all responsibilities shall be borne by the applicant himself. Each employer will conduct a preliminary qualification examination of the candidates and give timely feedback on the preliminary examination opinions.

(2) Screening and determining the personnel who enter the interview assessment.

After the registration, according to the education background, graduation institution, professional title and other conditions, among those who passed the preliminary examination, the candidates who entered the interview assessment were selected according to the ratio of not less than 1:5. If the number of qualified people in the first trial of the same post qualification is less than 1:5, they will directly enter the interview assessment. For positions with a large number of parallel people, the interviewer can also be determined according to the ratio of 1:5 by means of additional test.

After screening the candidates who have entered the interview assessment, the employer will call me to the designated place for qualification re-examination before 10/0/8: 00, and receive the interview notice after passing the re-examination.
