According to the second-phase publicity plan of Minfa Shengte Yipin Project issued by the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the project plans to build high-rise residential buildings 16 (17-26 floors), 6-level kindergartens 1, supporting service facilities 1, and 4 related ancillary buildings (3 power distribution rooms,/KLOC- Minfa Shengte Yipin Phase II has a total construction area of about 166698㎡, above-ground construction area of about 123292㎡, above-ground construction area of about 2263㎡, and underground garage and equipment room area of about 41kloc-0/43 ㎡, including 20 motor vehicle parking spaces.
