Be prepared to answer all customers' questions. For sensitive issues, such as company situation, product advantages, technical content, price fluctuation, payment method, after-sales service, competitive product analysis, etc. The salesperson must answer in time. For professional problems (such as specific technical parameters, etc. ), we should invite technicians to answer, so that no matter what kind of questions customers ask, they can calmly deal with them and leave a good impression on customers.
