As a scientific and technological talent introduced by Yunnan's scientific and technological development and economic construction, candidates' household registration has been settled in Yunnan with their parents before the college entrance examination in Yunnan. At the time of registration, the original high-tech new product development and production appraisal issued by Yunnan Science and Technology Department, Yunnan Industry and Information Committee and Yunnan Development and Reform Commission must be issued.
(4) Candidates' parents have introduced professional and technical personnel with associate higher vocational education or above, and the candidates' household registration has been settled in Yunnan with their parents before registering for the college entrance examination in Yunnan. (6) Candidates have a Yunnan household registration, have a six-year student status in junior high school and senior high school in Yunnan, and have studied for six years. Candidates' parents have a legally stable occupation and a legally stable residence (including lease) in Yunnan for six years, and have a "Yunnan Residence Permit" and social security payment records.
