The first definition

3. "Delivery" refers to the behavior of Party B to deliver the agreed software within the date agreed by both parties. However, Party B's completion of the delivery behavior does not mean that Party B has completed all the obligations stipulated in this contract.

4. "Specification" refers to the technical standards and specifications set on technology or other development tasks.

6. "Source Code" refers to the source code used in the software. It must be understood and used by skilled programmers, printable and machine-readable, or in other reasonable and necessary forms, including software evaluation, testing or other technical documents.

7. "Trade secrets" refer to management information, methods, customer lists, business data, product information, sales channels, technical know-how, source codes, computer documents, etc. Any information owned by Party B respectively, or clearly recognized by Party A and Party B as trade secrets and recognized by law during the performance of this contract.

8. "Working day" refers to all working days except holidays stipulated by the state, and dates that are not specified as working days refer to dates that are naturally postponed.

Article 5 Delivery Plan and Time of Software Development

Article 6 Quality Requirements

Article 7 Subcontracting

It is forbidden to subcontract the project under this contract. Article 8 Project Management (Optional)

Party A shall actively cooperate with and provide Party B with relevant information and materials, especially the information and materials required by Party A for the functions and objectives of developing software. If Party A fails to provide all Party A's information and materials needed by Party B to complete this contract, Party A shall bear the consequences of the failure.

Article 10 Provision of information

1. Party A and Party B will analyze the production requirements according to the description of the software developed by Party A for their business and its required functions in the above article, as well as the data and information provided by Party A. When Party A submits relevant requirements, data and information, it may consult or solicit opinions from Party B on the software functions, objectives, requirements and related technical issues involved, and Party B shall explain and reply in time.

2. Party B shall complete the demand analysis in time after obtaining the above demand information and materials. The demand analysis is approved by Party A and signed by both parties as an annex to this contract.
