Article 18 A bidder shall submit his bid documents in accordance with the content and depth determined in the tender documents.
Article 19 The preparation time of bidding documents for engineering investigation shall not be less than twenty days. If the preparation time specified in the tender documents does not meet the above requirements, the competent construction department shall not put it on record.
