1. Employees who withdraw housing accumulation fund shall first apply to the unit. After verification by the unit, fill in the Housing Provident Fund Collection Form (in duplicate) and the Housing Provident Fund Extraction Schedule (in duplicate), and affix the official seal and financial seal.
2. The handling personnel of the deposit unit or individual employees hold the original and photocopy of their ID cards, the application form for housing provident fund withdrawal, the detailed list of housing provident fund collection and the original and photocopy of relevant certification materials, and go to the provident fund center for withdrawal.
3. The person in charge or the individual employee returns the transfer check to the financial department of the unit, and the financial department pays the employee cash according to the listed amount.
