Being in a brand-new environment and seeing strange faces. I'm very upset and worried. However, after a 7-day probation period and careful guidance from other consultants, these anxieties and worries gradually dissipated. I became more and more familiar with my work and accumulated experience bit by bit. The following is my experience and understanding of these four months' work.
When I put myself into my work, I was surprised to find that the scientific knowledge I have learned for many years is difficult to apply flexibly in real work experience. However, there are many strange professional words and tool names. All this is so strange to me that I know I have to start from scratch. But I'm not discouraged. I study hard, and every time I pay close attention to the old employees' external calls, I pay close attention to how to say every sentence. Ask the old staff modestly. Soon, my efforts were not in vain. After two months of study, I finally got everyone's affirmation. I need help and can work independently now.
When you have a choice, the initiative is in your own hands. I think many people, like me, have done "chores" like copying, typing, drawing and sweeping the floor when they first entered the internship unit. Maybe colleagues think you are a mistress and should start with small things, but sometimes you just don't know what you can do. Doing "chores" is necessary for work, which makes us learn to bear hardships. Of course, you should do your job carefully, but brave "volunteering" can win you more opportunities. As long as you ask questions, study hard and do hard, you will get unexpected results.
At work, I often encounter many problems. When I am at a loss, I really want to leave it behind and walk away. But my masters didn't do that. No matter how bad the parents are, the masters are doing the same job every day. What drives them is the word "responsibility". After four months of internship, too many people have helped me. From the attention and warm reception given to us by the principal and the personnel department when we first arrived, to the excellent group internship carefully arranged by the team leader, and then to the unpretentious consultant and team leader. Everyone has given me unlimited help and promoted my growth and progress. Work is an important event in life. I am glad that I came to this warm family and felt the help from all directions. Problems at work and puzzles in life are all solved with the help of everyone.
Through four months' internship, I strive to become a qualified educational consultant of Xuesitang. I believe the four-month internship has laid a solid foundation for my future work, life and study.
