I want to set my computer network card to full speed. How should I adjust? Emergency, emergency!

This is not full speed. By default, WIN reserves 20% of the network bandwidth. If you have to close it, you can follow these steps:

1. Run the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc). In the local computer strategy, gradually expand the branch of computer configuration → management template → network → "QoS packet scheduler". The QoS Packet Scheduler policy will appear on the right side of the screen.

2. Click "Limit reserved bandwidth" of the sub-project on the right. Under Limit reserved bandwidth, click Properties next to Display. Click "Settings". Settings give us three choices (not configured, enabled and disabled). Select Enable, then set the% next to the bandwidth limit to 0%, and then press OK to exit.

3. Click Start → Connect to → Show all connections. Select the established connection, right-click Properties, and then click Network in the Connection Properties that appear. In the displayed network dialog box, check whether "QoS Packet Scheduler" is checked in "This connection uses the following items". If there are no problems, click OK to exit.
