Note: Employees of individual businesses do not meet the requirements for entering households.
Overseas students who have obtained foreign academic degree certificates may not go directly to the accreditation center of the Public Security Bureau for certification.
Handling materials: the original and photocopy of the valid ID card of the recipient of non-public enterprises and municipal state-owned enterprises;
Original of my valid household registration book or household registration certificate;
Original and photocopy of my graduation certificate or professional title certificate;
Original and photocopy of my valid labor contract (owners of individual industrial and commercial households and enterprise legal persons may not provide it);
1 copy of the business license (or organization code certificate) of the labor contract signing unit;
1 Application Form for Household Certification of Social Talents in Chengdu (the household application will be generated and printed by the system after it is submitted on Chengdu Talent Service Platform).
Original and photocopy of valid ID card of returned overseas students;
Original and photocopy of my Certificate of Returned Overseas Students;
Original passport and its personal information page, a copy of the entry-exit record page of the country studying abroad.

Matters needing attention: the work unit is a state-owned unit of the Ministry (province) to go to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for home consultation.
Municipal state-owned enterprises and restructuring units shall apply to the municipal talent center for the record for the first time, and can handle business only after the record is successful.
The filing materials are:
Copy of the organization code certificate of the unit stamped with the official seal of the unit;
Original and photocopy of relevant documents that can prove that the unit is a municipal state-owned enterprise (or a non-state-owned enterprise that has been restructured);
Letter of introduction from the unit (introducing Comrade XX as the unit's special person to contact the city talent center to handle matters related to household certification);
Original and photocopy of the valid ID card of the unit's special person.
After receiving the household contact letter, you should promptly hold the contact letter and other household materials required by the public security organ to the Chengdu Public Security Bureau accreditation center (or the area where your personal property is located) to settle down. (For details of the contact information of the Public Security Bureau's certification center, please refer to the contact information of Chengdu, districts (cities) and counties' certification centers).
The applicant (agent) shall be responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of the information and materials applied for registration; Do not conceal the real situation or provide false materials. If the information and materials submitted by the applicant (agent) are found to be untrue, once verified, they will be handed over to the public security organs for handling.

Those who have obtained foreign academic qualifications can go directly to registered permanent residence, the Public Security Bureau, without registered permanent residence's certificate.
