With the development of society, psychological counselor has become a hot new occupation in the 2 1 century. In developed countries, counselors and lawyers are highly paid and respected professions. Psychological counseling in China is in its infancy, and there is a shortage of psychological counselors. According to the data, more than 80% of China people have psychological barriers to varying degrees, and they need at least100000 professional psychological counselors. At present, the charge standard of psychological counseling service in China is 100-300 yuan/hour, and the highest charge can reach 1000 yuan/hour. Psychological counselor has become a hot job in China in this century! To this end, the state promulgated the National Professional Standards for Psychological Counselors. According to the national policy on talents, only after training can you apply for the qualification appraisal of psychological counselors and engage in this work. Our school is approved by the competent administrative department of the state, and has the qualification of professional certification training for psychological counselors, and enrolls students for the society. Training object
National level 3: professional and technical personnel, nursing staff, management personnel, unit interns and students above the third grade in various medical institutions.
National level 2: those with intermediate or above titles can directly declare national level 2.
Training content
Basic knowledge: basic psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology and health psychology, psychometrics and consulting psychology.
Skills and abilities: initial reception, psychological diagnosis, psychological test and psychological consultation.

Examination time
The national unified vocational skill appraisal examination is held twice a year, once in May and once in June, 1 1. After passing the training, I have obtained the certificate of completion of psychological counselors, with which I can apply for the national unified examination. Students can choose the date of the unified examination independently, and must apply to the school (the registration point designated by the Provincial Labor Department) three months in advance. The examination is organized by the Provincial Vocational Skills Appraisal Administration.
The exam is based on a percentage system, and 60 points are qualified.
After passing the unified examination, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will issue a vocational qualification certificate, which is common throughout the country.
Code of practice for counselors
1. Psychological counselors shall not discriminate against visitors because of their gender, age, occupation, nationality, nationality, religious beliefs, values and other factors.
Two, before the establishment of a consulting relationship, psychological counselors should let visitors know the nature, characteristics, possible limitations and the rights and obligations of the visitors themselves.
3. Psychological counselors always strictly abide by the principle of confidentiality and the limits when applying this principle.
Four. When conducting psychological counseling, psychological counselors should discuss and reach an agreement with the visitors on the key points of work, and reach a written agreement with the visitors when necessary (such as using certain therapy).
5. Psychological counselors should not have any relationship with visitors other than consultation, nor should they use the trust of visitors to seek personal gain, especially not be rude to the opposite sex.
6. When the counselor thinks that he is not suitable for consulting the visitor, or the question he is consulting is beyond his ability, he should make a clear explanation to the visitor in a responsible attitude and refer him to another suitable counselor or doctor.
Seven. When psychological counselors think that visitors have mental problems, they should consult psychiatrists or refer them to specialized hospitals with the ability of diagnosis and treatment.
