According to the requirements of the Notice of the Qualification Registration Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Work Related to the 20 13 Grade II Construction Engineer Qualification Examination (Unified Examination Paper) (Han [2012] No.73), combined with the actual situation in our province, the relevant matters of the 20 13 Grade II Construction Engineer Qualification Examination are hereby notified as follows:
First, the examination time and subjects. The examination will be held from June 1 day to June 2. The specific time and subjects are:
On the morning of June 1: 9:00- 12:00, the construction project was managed.
Afternoon: 2:00-4:00 Building Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge
June 2, 9: 00 am-12: 00 am, professional engineering management and practice.
Among them, the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" is divided into six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering. Applicants can choose one of them according to their respective jobs.
Second, the test questions and answering requirements. The examination questions of "Construction Management of Building Engineering" and "Regulations and Related Knowledge of Building Engineering" are objective questions, and the answers are filled in the answer sheet with 2B pencil. The examination questions of Professional Engineering Management and Practice include subjective questions and objective questions. The objective questions are answered on the answer sheet with 2B pencil, and the subjective questions are answered on the special answer sheet with black ink pen.
Candidates must bring a black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener and calculator (no sleeve, no sound, no text editing and storage function) when taking the exam. The examination papers of all subjects can be used as draft paper, which will be recovered after the examination, and no draft paper will be issued separately.
Third, the conditions for applying for the exam and obtaining the certificate. Those who take all 3 subject examinations must pass all subjects within 2 consecutive examination years; Those who meet the exemption conditions of some subjects must pass the subject examination of the current year before obtaining the qualification certificate of the second-level constructor.
For those who have obtained the qualification certificate of professional secondary constructor, they can choose another major from the six professional subjects of Professional Engineering Management and Practice according to the actual work needs, and they can obtain the corresponding professional examination certificate after passing the examination. The level you want to choose when registering is "corresponding major".
4. Registration procedures and requirements. The examination is conducted by online registration, unit preliminary examination, on-site examination conditions and online payment. Candidates will log on to Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network (website: www.zjks.com) from February/kloc-0 to 27 to register online. At the time of registration, applicants should fill in the Registration Form truthfully according to the requirements of the registration system process, and upload photos of electronic certificates. When the first-time applicants (including those who apply for the corresponding major for the first time) fill in the registration form, please carefully check the information filled in, download and print it after confirmation (it cannot be changed after printing), and print the Notice of Online Payment at the same time. Application conditions: submit the application form, online payment notice, certificate of working years in construction management issued by the unit (attachment 1), education (degree) (obtained overseas (approved by the education administrative department of the State Council), professional and technical qualification certificate of engineering or engineering economy, original and photocopy of post appointment letter, and photocopy of ID card (military officer's card). Applicants who apply for exemption from some subjects also need to submit the original and photocopy of the documents that meet the requirements of some subjects.
The municipal authorities must carefully examine the application materials submitted by the applicants. Meet the application conditions, must accept the "application form", sign the audit opinion and seal; At the same time, I received 1 professional work experience certificate, ID card (military officer's card), diploma (degree), technical qualification certificate of engineering or engineering economy, post appointment letter and project manager's qualification certificate, and returned them to the applicants after stamping the Notice of Online Payment submitted by the applicants.
Please be sure to submit the registration serial number of qualified personnel to the provincial personnel examination office in electronic form before March 7.
Those who have taken the exam in previous years should register online as old candidates, and print the Registration Form at the specified time (save it by themselves), but there is no need to go to the site to review the application conditions. As long as they complete online registration, they can pay online fees directly within the specified time.
Those who meet the examination requirements after examination and those who continue to take the examination, please log on to Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network on March 1 1 to 20th and pay the examination fee online. Those who fail to go to the site to handle the examination conditions according to the specified time, or fail to pay the examination fee according to the specified time, are deemed to have given up the examination registration automatically.
Candidates who have paid the online fee, please log on to Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network from May 29th to 3rd1to download and print the Admission Ticket, and take the exam according to the specified time, place and requirements.
5. Examination organization and examination fees. The test center is located in the location of the provincial and municipal governments (including Yiwu). Please ask the Municipal Personnel Examination Office and the competent department in conjunction with the construction department to strictly follow the examination work plan (Annex 2) and earnestly do all aspects of the examination work. After online registration and payment, the Provincial Personnel Examination Office will distribute the candidates' registration information to the municipalities before March 22, and require the municipalities to import PTMIS system in time, do a good job in arranging the examination room and booking the test paper, and be sure to report the pre-arranged examination room information and the test paper reservation form (Annex 3) to the Provincial Personnel Examination Office before March 29.
