1, with junior college degree or above in psychology, education and medicine, and completed the training courses prescribed by the psychological counselor.
2. Have a bachelor's degree or above in other majors, and complete the training courses prescribed by the psychological counselor.
3. Obtain the third-class certificate of national psychological counselor and complete the training courses prescribed by psychological counselor.
Psychological counselor level 3 (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Bachelor degree or above in psychology, education and medicine;
(2) Students who have graduated from junior college majoring in psychology, education and medicine have received three-level formal training from psychological counselors and reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion;
(3) Those who have a bachelor's degree or above in other majors, have reached the required standard hours after three-level formal training of psychological counselors, and have obtained a certificate of completion;
-psychological counselor level 2 (meet one of the following conditions)
(1) Doctor degree in psychology, education and medicine;
(2) Those who have a master's degree in psychology, education and medicine, have passed the second-level formal training of psychological counselors, reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion;
(3) Persons who have obtained the third-level professional qualification certificate of psychological counselors, have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years, have received the formal training of standard hours prescribed by the second-level psychological counselors, and have obtained the certificate of completion;
(4) Having the technical post qualification of psychology, education and medicine at or above the intermediate level, having reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of psychological counselors, and having obtained the certificate of completion, and having been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years.
-psychological counselor level (one of the following conditions)
(1) has a doctor's degree in psychology, education and medicine, has received the standard hours stipulated by the first-level formal training of psychological counselors, and has obtained the certificate of completion, and has been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years;
(2) Those who have a master's degree, have obtained the second-class professional qualification certificate of psychological counselors, have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years, have passed the first-class formal training of psychological counselors and reached the prescribed standard hours, and have obtained the certificate of completion;
(3) Persons with professional and technical professional qualifications in psychology, education and medicine, who have received the standard class hours prescribed by the first-level formal training of psychological counselors, and obtained the certificate of completion, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years.
