Shanxi Province implements a phased support policy for housing provident fund, and can apply for deferred payment of housing provident fund from June to 65438+February.

On June 22, news came from the Provincial Department of Finance. In order to further implement the decision-making and deployment of the provincial government to effectively coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and increase the efforts of housing provident fund to help enterprises out of difficulties, the Provincial Department of Finance, together with the Provincial Housing and Construction Department and the Taiyuan Central Branch of the People's Bank of China, issued the Notice on Implementing the Phased Support Policy for Housing Provident Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Notice).

The "Notice" clarifies that enterprises affected by the COVID-19 epidemic can, according to their own conditions, apply to the Municipal Provident Fund Center for reducing the deposit ratio or delaying the payment of housing provident fund after being discussed and approved by the workers' congress or the trade union.

From June 2022 to June 2022 to February 2022, during the implementation of the phased support policy of 365,438+0, unit depositors can withdraw and apply for provident fund loans normally, which is not affected by the reduction of deposit ratio and delayed payment. If the overdue payment is made in time after the expiration of the holdover period, the deposit time shall be calculated continuously.

The notice also pointed out that borrowers who were hospitalized or quarantined in COVID-19 due to infection, who needed isolated observation for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, participated in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic during the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, and temporarily lost their financial resources due to the impact of COVID-19 epidemic, could not repay their provident fund loans normally. Confirmed by the municipal provident fund centers according to the local actual situation, it will not be overdue, nor will it be submitted to the credit reporting department as an overdue record.

After the execution time expires, the municipal provident fund centers can take a one-time repayment, reasonably extend the repayment time, and do a good job in policy convergence.

Municipalities can increase the withdrawal amount of provident fund rental housing according to the local rent level and reasonable rental area, and support employees to withdraw on a monthly or quarterly basis to better meet the actual needs of depositors to pay rent. It should be noted that the implementation time of the policy is tentatively set at 65438+February 3, 20221.
