Introduction of psychological catharsis

Psychological catharsis is an integral part of the psychological counseling room set up by Central South University. There are rubber figures in the room for teachers and students to vent their depression and anger. The area of psychological catharsis is about 10 square meter. The window in psychological catharsis is tightly covered with thick curtains, and the surrounding walls are wrapped with thick sponges. In the middle of the room stood two rubber figures for students to hit, and the floor of the whole venting room was covered with a thick blue carpet. This kind of rubber man first appeared in enterprises in Europe, America, Japan and other places, and it can be labeled with the name of the top management, which is specially used to beat up employees and vent their bad emotions, and the effect is good. Some domestic enterprises and social activity centers have also launched this kind of venting room.
