The State Council Academic Degrees Committee approved the establishment and trial implementation of the professional degree of master of in-service education in China 1996. Since 1997, Beijing Normal University has continuously enrolled students 1 1 year, and * * * enrolled 3220 students. In 2009, it was the first time to enroll full-time master's degree students in Chinese, biology and geography teaching.
In order to better meet the needs of national economic and social development and basic education for high-level teachers, in 20 10, our school plans to recruit full-time master students 155 in the fields of mental health education and subject teaching (Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, history, geography and biology).

I. Purpose of enrollment
The purpose of full-time master's degree in education in our school is to meet the needs of basic education and cultivate high-quality primary and secondary school teachers who can master modern educational theory and have strong educational practice and research ability. The winner of this degree should have good professional ethics, good knowledge and solid professional foundation, and understand the frontier and development trend of this subject; Have strong educational practice ability, be competent in relevant education and teaching work, apply the theories and methods learned under the guidance of modern educational theory, and skillfully use modern educational technology to solve practical problems in education and teaching; Can integrate theory with practice, give full play to their own advantages, and creatively carry out education and teaching work; You should also be proficient in reading foreign language materials of your major.

Third, it is recommended to avoid exams.
Our school recruits recommended test-free students for fresh graduates of domestic universities. All fresh graduates who have obtained the qualification of exemption recommended by their institutions can apply for recommending our school to study for the relevant master's degree in education without examination.
Applicants can log on to the website of our graduate school () to inquire about the recommended exemption method for master's/doctoral candidates admitted to Beijing Normal University on 20 10. In addition to "one, receiving categories, majors, places", other aspects are implemented in accordance with these regulations. Among them, the written application materials must be sent (delivered) to the application department before June 10, 2009, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
Applicants must first submit their personal applications in the online application system and press "3". Materials to be submitted ".
Note: 1: Recommended students whose recommended category is professional degree can only apply for professional degree graduate students. Please indicate "Recommended category is professional degree" in the remarks column of the written application form. After receiving the application, our school will examine the applicant's qualifications and issue an interview notice to the qualified candidates.
Note 2: Professional degree graduates cannot accept master's degree, doctoral degree graduates and direct undergraduates.
The interview is generally held in the middle of 5438+ 10, subject to the notice of the department. For those who pass the interview, our school will issue an admission notice.
Fourth, apply for the exam
(1) application conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, be willing to serve socialist modernization, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3 candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) fresh undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Undergraduates who have graduated from higher vocational colleges for two years or more (from 20 1, 20 10 September) and graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (excluding self-taught candidates and online education students) must apply for the exam with the same academic ability and meet the following two conditions: ① Complete all required undergraduate courses; ② The applied major is the same as or similar to the major studied.
(4) Self-taught candidates and online education students must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before the registration deadline (i.e. 1 14, 2009).
(5) Except for the undergraduate degree of the Adult Education College of the Central Party School, other party schools cannot apply for undergraduate degrees.
(6) Persons who have obtained master's degrees or doctor's degrees.
(7) Academic certificates obtained overseas must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(8) Graduate students need to provide proof that the school agrees to apply for the exam, and go through the formalities of dropping out of the original school before admission.
4. The age is generally not more than 40 years old (born after1970 August 3 1).
5. The physical health status conforms to the physical examination requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
(2) Registration
1. Candidates should carefully check whether they meet the requirements of our school before registering, and then register online after confirming that they are completely qualified. The qualification examination will be conducted in the second interview stage.
2. Registration adopts online submission of registration information and on-site camera confirmation.
The online newspaper time is from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day on June10-June 16, 2009. At that time, candidates are invited to log on to the "China Graduate Admissions Information Network" (public network); Education network.
If the application is overdue, the registration information will not be revised.
Please note when submitting application information online:
(1) Anyone who intends to take the preliminary test in Beijing must choose "Beijing Normal University" to register online at Times Test Center and pay the registration fee through online payment. Other candidates are subject to the announcement of the provincial recruitment online newspaper where the registration point is located.
(2) Postgraduates with master's degree in education in our school do not recruit candidates for minority backbone programs.
(3) Please fill in my mailing address correctly and in detail, so as to issue the admission ticket and admission notice accurately. Where the admission ticket, admission notice and other materials cannot be sent out due to unknown mailing address or incorrect filling, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
