The highway reconstruction project of Jingyuan-Huining section of G247 line was approved by Gansu Provincial Department of Transportation. The project owners are Gansu Baiyin Highway Administration Bureau and Huining County Transportation Bureau. Construction funds are composed of state investment and local self-raised funds.
