China's four folktales are Cowherd and Weaver Girl, Meng Jiangnv, Legend of the White Snake and Liang Zhu.
1, Cowherd and Weaver Girl
The legend of the Cowherd and the Weaver Maid began with the records of _ Weaver Maid and _ Petunia in The Book of Songs Dadong. Nineteen ancient poems, jumping between cowherd and weaver girl, were once called cowherd and weaver girl.
2. Meng Jiangnv
The legend of Meng Jiangnv originated from Zuo Zhuan, and Qi Liang's wife refused to hang on the outskirts of Qi Hou, observing etiquette. Later, in "Talking about the Public", it was added that "Qi Zhuanggong attacked Ju and Qi Liang died. The sadness of his wife crying when she met him on the road is the prototype of the story.
3. Liang Zhu
Liang Zhu's story was first seen in Tang Zaiyan's Ten Rules and Four Rules, which recorded the story of Liang Zhu's "two classmates studying together" and "sharing the same grave". In the late Tang Dynasty, Zhang Du's Xuan Baozhi recorded this in detail. By the Ming Dynasty, Feng Menglong's ancient and modern novels had more plots of "English and Taiwan were puzzled, and Liang Shanbo was suspicious and turned into a butterfly".
4. White Snake and Xu Xian
The story of the white snake came into being at the latest, and its origin: First, it originated from the legendary white snake in the Tang Dynasty; One theory originated from the three towers of the West Lake. By the time of Feng Menglong's "The White Snake Forever True Leifeng Pagoda" (namely "Warning") in the Ming Dynasty, the story had been initially finalized.

First of all, the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl
The orphan cowherd lives on his elder sister. Sister-in-law is very mean and often abuses him. He was forced to leave his family and live on an old cow. This old cow is very psychic. One day, the weaver girl and the fairies came down to play and took a bath in the river. The old cow advised the cowherd to meet each other and told him that if the fairies didn't come back before dawn, they would stay on earth.
So the cowherd stayed by the river to see the seven fairies. He found the youngest fairy very beautiful and suddenly fell in love. Thinking of the old cow, the cowherd quietly took the little fairy's clothes. The fairies took a bath and prepared to return to heaven. The little fairy found that her clothes were gone and had to stay.
Cowherd and Weaver Girl met. Later, they hit it off and understood their difficulties. The Weaver Girl became the wife of the Cowherd. After marriage, they farm and weave, have a son and a daughter, and live a very happy life.
Unexpectedly, the Emperor of Heaven discovered this matter and ordered the Queen Mother to escort the Weaver Girl back to heaven for trial. The old cow couldn't bear to see their wife and children separated, so she touched the horn on her head and turned it into a boat for the cowherd to chase with her children. On the verge of catching up with Weaver Girl, the Queen Mother suddenly tore off the golden hairpin on her head and drew a rolling galaxy in the sky.
Cowherd can't cross the river, so he can only look at the river and cry with Weaver Girl. Their faithful love touched magpies, and countless magpies flew in and built a colorful bridge on the Tianhe River with their bodies, so that the cowherd and the Weaver Girl could meet on the Tianhe River.
The Emperor of Heaven had no choice but to allow the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl to meet at the Magpie Bridge once a year on July 7th, and the magpies would be around. Cowherd and Weaver Girl will meet on July 7th every year.
Second, the legend of the white snake
Legend has it that during the Shaoxing period of the Southern Song Dynasty, a snake demon trained for thousands of years turned into a beautiful woman named Bai Niangzi, and her maid Qingqing (also known as Xiaoqing, herring and green snake) met Xu Xuan (or), the king of pharmacy, at the West Lake in Hangzhou, and fell in love at first sight and helped each other in the same boat. White snake wanted to have sex with the scholar, so she married him.
So they became husband and wife. After marriage, I have experienced a lot of right and wrong. White snakes are often weird and may not be comparable. The monk of Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang gave Xu a bowl to cover his wife.
The white and blue quilt cover reveals its true colors, and it is a white snake herring that has been taught for thousands of years. Then Fahai took a bowl and put it in front of Leisi Peak, where a seven-level pagoda named Leifeng was built. The tower was always white and green.
Third, Liang Zhu
There is a woman in Shangyu County, Yuezhou, Zhu Yingtai who likes reading poetry and wants to study abroad. But at that time, women could not appear in public, so she disguised as men with the girl Yin Xin and went to Yuezhou to study. On the way, they met Yin scholars Liang Shanbo and Shi Jiu 'an who were also going to study in Yuezhou. Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai hit it off and went to Yuezhou together.
During the three years in Yuezhou, Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai were inseparable, reading together during the day and sleeping in the same bed at night. Zhu Yingtai secretly admired Liang Shanbo, but Liang Shanbo's character remained unchanged. He never knew that Zhu Yingtai was a woman, let alone her mind.
On one occasion, when Tomb-Sweeping Day had a holiday, they went to visit Jinghu Lake. Zhu Yingtai hinted at the scenery to Liang Shanbo many times, but Liang Shanbo didn't understand it at all, and even made fun of Zhu Yingtai for comparing himself to a woman. Finally, Zhu Yingtai had to tell Liang Shanbo directly that Liang Shanbo had an epiphany.
But all this was known by Ma Wencai who was watching, and Ma Wencai also knew that Zhu Yingtai turned out to be a woman. Later, the family wrote to urge Zhu Yingtai to go home. Before leaving, Zhu Yingtai left a letter telling Liang Shanbo that "the decision will be made on 28th, 37th and 46th", which means that Liang Shanbo will go to Zhu Fu to propose marriage in 10 days.
But Liang Shanbo thought it was three days together, so he didn't propose until a month later. When Liang Shanbo came to Zhujiajian happily, he knew that Ma Wencai had proposed first and got a dowry. Liang Shanbo left heartbroken, and Zhu Yingtai sent him on his way.
After Liang Shanbo returned to China, Acacia was seriously ill. He wrote to Zhu Yingtai asking for some prescriptions that he couldn't find or get, expressing his despair. At the same time, he hoped that Zhu Yingtai would visit him. Zhu Yingtai wrote back to tell Liang Shanbo that he had no chance in his life and only hoped that they could be buried in Nanshan after their death.
Later, she died of illness and promised Ma's marriage for a pretence, but asked the wedding procession to pass through Nanshan and let her get off the sedan chair.
When Zhu Yingtai got off the sedan chair to sweep the grave, it was stormy for a while and the evil wind was piercing. Liang Shanbo's tomb is actually cracked. When Zhu Yingtai saw it, he jumped in desperately and the grave was closed again. Soon, a pair of butterflies flew out of the grave.
Fourth, Meng Jiangnv.
According to legend, during the Qin Dynasty, when Qin Shihuang built the Great Wall, the labor was heavy. Just three days after young Fan Xiliang married Meng Jiangnv, Fan Xiliang was forced to start building the Great Wall. Soon, he died of hunger, cold and fatigue, and his bones were buried under the Great Wall.
Wearing cold clothes, Meng Jiangnv went through hardships and finally came to the Great Wall, but she got the bad news of her husband's death. Meng Jiangnv cried at the Great Wall for three days and nights. Suddenly, the Great Wall collapsed, revealing Fan Xiliang's remains. Meng Jiangnu buried Fan Xiliang in despair and threw herself into the sea.
