The procedures for children to apply for identity cards are as follows: 1. Fill in the application registration form for resident identity card. 4, check whether the data is correct, input citizen fingerprint information. 5. Pay the certificate fee. 6. The public security organ shall issue resident identity cards within 60 days from the date when citizens submit the registration form of resident identity cards; Areas with inconvenient transportation. The processing time may be appropriately extended, but the extension time shall not exceed 30 days.
