Article 38 HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients shall perform the following obligations:

Forty-fourth people's governments at or above the county level shall take the following care and help measures for AIDS prevention and control:

Forty-fifth orphans left by AIDS patients with difficulties in life and minors infected with HIV who receive compulsory education are exempted from miscellaneous fees and book fees; Those who receive pre-school education and high school education are exempt from tuition fees and other related expenses.
Forty-sixth local people's governments at or above the county level shall provide living assistance to HIV-infected people, AIDS patients and their families who have difficulties in living and meet the conditions for social assistance.
Article 47 The relevant departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall create conditions to support HIV-infected people and AIDS patients who have the ability to work to engage in production and work within their capacity.
