2. Apply to the police station where the current account is located, agree to move out, and issue a household registration certificate, without proof of violation of law and discipline;
3. Hold the household registration certificate and relevant certification materials (the reason why you moved in, such as; Parents, couples, etc. ) Go to the household administration department of the city (county) public security bureau or the police station (household registration department) to move in;
4. The Household Registration Section of the local public security bureau police station (Household Registration Section) will issue a "Permit to Move" for you according to relevant certification materials;
5. Return to the police station where the household registration is located with the "Zhunqianzheng" and open the "Zhunqianzheng";
6. Go to the police station where you need to move with your migration certificate and ID card.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Registration of Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the place where the household registration is located, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration, obtain a transfer certificate and cancel the household registration before moving out.
Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
