Lingshan Temple is located in the mountains, with towering peaks and green arches, protected by Longhu Mountain. Lingshan and Shantou Mountain echo each other from afar, just like lotus flowers blooming in the daytime and holding the stars of the moon at night. Rocky rocks, clear springs in Quxi, winding, changing scenery, green trees and red flowers, birds and flowers, pavilions and pavilions set each other off, and the scenery is beautiful. It can be described as "Lingshan Miao Temple, a clear spring washes the heart".
According to the Records of Qixian County in the Ming Dynasty, Lingshan Temple was built in the ordinary period of Liang Dynasty (A.D. 520), and was founded by eminent monks who had been the owner of Zhaotong Temple and guided the national monks and nuns for 40 years. Rebuilt in the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, it is one of the earliest temples established in Qixian County. The temple is mainly Lingshan, hence the name Lingshan Temple.
