Professor Tang Xiaolian, 1984 to 1987, majoring in comprehensive utilization of resources, obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering. 1987- 1994 teaches in the Department of Environment and Comprehensive Utilization of Resources of Guangdong Institute of Technology; 1994- 1997, Department of Urban and Resources, Nanjing University, studied human geography on the job and obtained the Master of Science. From 2003 to 2006, he studied for a doctorate in urban planning at Sun Yat-sen University, and was hired as a professor in 2007. He is currently a member of the Examination Registration Committee of China Real Estate Appraisers and Brokers Association, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Guangdong Real Estate Industry Association, a director of Guangdong Land Society, a director of Guangdong Land Appraisers Association and director of academic committee, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Guangzhou Real Estate Society, and an executive director and director of academic committee of Guangzhou Real Estate Appraisal Professionals Association.
