Information system planning is an information system scheme that integrates organizational goals, information necessary to support organizational goals, information systems that provide these necessary information and the implementation of these information systems. It is a system development plan for the development prospect of information systems within the organization.
The main contents of information system planning are divided into the following four aspects:
(1) What information systems do enterprises need?
(2) How to acquire these systems.
(3) Changes in the existing system and management environment.
(4) System emergency plan.
