1, the swf file is corrupted;
2. The swf file you want to open is made with a higher version of Flash than the version of Flash8.0 you are using.
Solution:
1. Open it with other playback software (such as Storm Video). If it can't be opened, the file is broken. If you can open it, that's question 2.
2. Please install a new high version before opening Flash.
