Article 61 The administrative department of labor security shall establish and improve the employment registration system and unemployment registration system, and improve the employment management and unemployment management. Public employment service agencies are responsible for employment registration and unemployment registration, set up special ledgers, timely and accurately record the changes of workers' employment and unemployment, and do a good job in corresponding statistics. Employment Registration and Unemployment Registration All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall implement a unified Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Certificate), which shall be distributed to workers free of charge, with corresponding support policies indicated. The specific procedures of employment registration and unemployment registration and the style of registration certificate shall be stipulated by the provincial labor security administrative department.
Article 62 Where an employing unit recruits laborers, the employing unit shall handle employment registration for the laborers. When employing workers and terminating or dissolving labor relations with them, the employing unit shall go to the local public employment service agency for the record and go through the employment registration procedures for the workers. After employing personnel, the employing unit shall go through the filing formalities within 30 days from the date of employment; The employing unit shall go through the registration formalities within 15 days after terminating or dissolving the labor relationship with the laborer. Workers engaged in self-employment or flexible employment, by myself in the streets, towns and villages public employment service agencies for employment registration. The contents of employment registration mainly include the employee's personal information, employment type, employment time, employment unit and the conclusion, termination or dissolution of the labor contract. The specific contents and required materials of employment registration shall be stipulated by the administrative department of labor security of the province. Public employment service agencies should set up special service windows for employers to handle employment registration and related procedures, simplify procedures and facilitate employers to handle them.
