Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of college entrance examination in 2022, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the regulations of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, combined with the reality of our school.

Chapter three? Enrollment plan
Article 8? Our school will enroll students nationwide in 2022, and the enrollment plans of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall be based on the data published by the local enrollment authorities.
Article 9? According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the reserved plan of our school does not exceed 1% of this year's undergraduate plan, which is used to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). The appointment plan is used in strict accordance with the admission rules of our school.
Chapter four? Admission rules
Article 10? The school strictly implements the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the candidates are located.
Article 11? Our school implements the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" for the professional arrangement of candidates entering the file, and does not set professional grades. Professional arrangements and admissions are made according to the scores from high to low. Candidates with the same total score shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the province (autonomous region or municipality) where the candidates are located. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if the majors are adjusted, they will be adjusted to other majors from high to low according to the candidates' grades; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 12? In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the rule of "implementing the enrollment plan of 1: 1 and queuing up for admission according to professional volunteers" is preferred. The provinces that have implemented the college entrance examination reform and recruitment system shall be implemented in accordance with the admission methods of the provincial admissions department.
Article 13 When enrolling students and arranging majors, our school recognizes the policies of adding points, reducing points and giving priority to admission stipulated by various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Article 14 Except for English majors, our school does not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages, but all candidates are arranged to teach English as the first foreign language after entering school.
Fifteenth according to the relevant policies and regulations of the state and Sichuan Province, the admitted directional free medical students must sign a directional training agreement with the health administrative department at the county level where the post-fixing unit is located before entering the school. Students who refuse to sign the agreement will be disqualified.
Chapter five? Physical examination requirements
Article 16 In view of the particularity of medical study and employment, in line with the attitude of being responsible for the candidates from the actual interests of the candidates, and in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and related supplementary provisions, our school puts forward the following requirements:
1. During the admission period, the school set up a physical examination expert group composed of clinical first-line experts, which is responsible for evaluating the physical examination of the candidates.
2. Candidates suffering from the six kinds of diseases listed in Article 1 of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities are not admitted to all majors.
3. Clinical medicine of Chinese and Western medicine, medical imaging, stomatology, anesthesiology, clinical medicine, optometry medicine, nursing, midwifery, medical examination technology, medical imaging technology, biomedical engineering, psychiatry, forensic medicine, preventive medicine, pharmacy, optometry, sports rehabilitation, intelligent medical engineering, rehabilitation physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy, hearing and speech rehabilitation will not be accepted.
4. Candidates who are used to doing things with their left hands (left-handed) should carefully report to the stomatology major.
5. Any eye is corrected to 4.8 lenses, and the degree is greater than 800 degrees; One eye is blind and the other eye is corrected to 4.8, and the lens power is greater than 400 degrees; Candidates whose hearing in both ears is less than 3 meters, or whose hearing in one ear is less than 5 meters, and whose hearing in the other ear is completely deaf, are not allowed to apply for medical majors.
6. Any candidate whose lens power corrected to 4.8 at a glance is greater than 400 degrees should not apply for biomedical engineering.
7. Candidates whose male height is less than 168 cm and female height is less than 156 cm are not allowed to apply for nursing and rehabilitation physiotherapy.
8. Considering the particularity of medical and health services, candidates with abnormal liver function, limb dysfunction, strabismus, amblyopia, slow sense of smell and stuttering should seriously report to all medical majors in our school.
9. In principle, the enrollment of forensic medicine majors is implemented with reference to the relevant enrollment standards of public security colleges.

Article 18? There are many awards and grants in our school. According to the national regulations, poor students can apply for student loans in their places of origin.
Chapter eight? Expenses and others
Nineteenth students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in ordinary colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit. The fees and subsidies for directional free medical students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Sichuan Province.
Article 20? For the freshmen of Grade 2022 who fail to report for duty within the time limit without the consent of the school, the school will consider that they have given up their admission qualifications and directly reported them to the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) for cancellation from the admission database.
Article 21? The school will conduct a comprehensive review within 3 months after the new students enter the school. Anyone who practices fraud in the college entrance examination admission and freshman registration will be disqualified. For students whose college entrance examination electronic files fail to truly reflect the physical condition of candidates or have serious psychological problems, the school will adjust their majors or drop out of school as appropriate.
Chapter 9? supplementary terms
Article 22? The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state or higher authorities, the relevant policies of the state or higher authorities shall prevail.
