Taobao sellers have waybill numbers and no logistics information. There are the following situations:

1. No logistics information: if there is no logistics information, it means that the logistics company has not scanned this single number into the system. The reason may be that the merchant submitted the logistics information, but did not deliver the goods to the logistics company; Or the merchant has an error in filling in the logistics information; Or the logistics company did not scan the received items in time. General logistics companies will update the logistics information within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Please wait patiently after the seller delivers the goods.

2. Logistics distribution information is not updated for a long time: if the logistics has been sent to a certain place, but the logistics information has not been updated for several days. The reason may be that the logistics destination is remote and the intermediate delivery time is very long; Or the logistics company is inefficient at the peak of express delivery; Or items are lost in the process of dispatching, and those that have not been updated for more than 10 days are likely to be lost. If you don't have logistics information for a long time and can't contact the seller, you can enter the baby you bought and apply for a "goods not received" refund. After applying for a refund, if the seller does not reply within 5 days, the system will automatically refund.

3. Logistics dispatch information is not updated for a long time: if the goods have been assigned a dispatcher, but it has not been delivered to the door for several days or the dispatcher has not contacted the recipient. The reason may be that the logistics address and contact information are incorrect; Or the dispatcher loses the package; Or the recipient information is not uploaded in time after being signed by others. At this time, you should contact Taobao sellers in time. Note that after the seller delivers the goods, you have 10 days to confirm whether you have received the goods. Please pay attention to the timeout to avoid automatic payment to the seller.

4. Maybe the seller didn't actually deliver the goods, but just clicked on the delivery in the background, so there is no logistics information at present. In this case, continue to pay attention for a few days, and then try to contact the seller for information. If there is no news, it is recommended to apply for a refund.
