Baoji Fuzhi Cemetery is definitely a legal cemetery! It was founded in 2004 because it is a cultural cemetery approved by Baoji Municipal People's Government and Shaanxi Provincial Civil Affairs Department and sponsored by Baoji Civil Affairs Bureau. The approved area is 1 19 mu, which is located on Baoping Road and approved by the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Planning Bureau. It is the only permanent and commercial large cemetery built in the urban area. It is also one of the three legal cemeteries directly managed by the Civil Affairs Bureau.
The standard to measure the legal operation of cemeteries depends on whether there is a business license for operating cemeteries, cemetery land use procedures, industrial and commercial business licenses, and tax registration certificates issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Civil Affairs Department.
Illegal cemeteries do not have the above-mentioned certification procedures.
