1. Open Tik Tok, enter the personal center page, click the "…" icon in the upper right corner, and select "My Order" in the pop-up menu.
2. Enter the order page, find the "View Logistics" option, and click Enter.
3. On the logistics page, you can query the sender's phone number, you can call this number to query the pick-up code, or you can directly query the pick-up code sent by the courier.
