Tmall platform has added "Tmall Logistics Information Management Specification". Tmall rules were first publicized on February 20th, 2023, and took effect on March 1 day, 2023, as follows:

Merchant's inventory and delivery address are the key information that affects consumers' shopping. This specification is formulated to ensure that consumers can see true, accurate and effective information when browsing and shopping on Tmall.
Article 2 Scope of application
This specification applies to merchants who sell physical goods in Tmall.
The third principle
Merchants shall provide logistics information in accordance with the requirements of this specification, and ensure the authenticity, validity and accuracy of the information, and update it in time when the information changes.
Chapter II Management Norms
Article 4 Specific Provisions on Providing Logistics Information
1. In addition to special goods/conditions *, the merchant shall truthfully provide the following information corresponding to the physical goods it sells in Tmall:
(1) The merchants of single warehouse/single delivery place should provide their actual location information, actual warehouse operation information (warehousing and delivery) and the corresponding inventory quantity of goods that can be sold on Tmall platform;
(2) Merchants with multiple warehouses/destinations must provide the actual location information of all warehouses/destinations, the actual warehouse operation information of each warehouse/destination (inbound and outbound) and the inventory quantity of goods available for sale on Tmall platform.
(3) When an order is split or merged in the delivery process (a scene in which an order is split into multiple packages or multiple orders are merged), the merchant shall provide the corresponding split or merged results.
Two. Data provision mode *
Merchants can choose to provide the above information through interface synchronization (general ERP access, independent development/customized ERP docking) or on the Niu Qian logistics information management page according to their own conditions.
Chapter III Management of Violation of Regulations
Article 5 Violation of regulations
1. Refusing to provide information refers to the behavior of merchants refusing to provide Tmall with logistics information required by this specification.
Second, providing false information refers to the behavior of merchants providing untrue logistics information to Tmall. The identification method of false logistics information includes:
(1) Tmall verified that the materials were forged or altered;
(2) It is inconsistent with the information provided by merchants through commodity logistics information records or consumer feedback information;
(3) Based on reasonable doubts about the logistics information, Tmall will notify the merchants to further supplement the self-certification or make a reasonable explanation on the accuracy, authenticity and legality of the logistics information, and the merchants fail to provide the certification or make a reasonable explanation within the reasonable time specified by Tmall.
Article 6 Treatment measures
In case of the above-mentioned violations, Tmall will give the store a warning according to the seriousness of the case and cancel the expression of logistics timeliness.
Chapter IV Other Validity
Article 7 Tmall will take the authenticity, completeness and accuracy of commodity logistics information expression as one of the bases for commodity search and display on the platform.
Chapter V Information Application
Article 8 When there is a conflict between the merchant's maintenance data and the actual delivery data, the platform has the right to correct and calibrate the information according to the actual delivery data.
Article 9 Tmall will calibrate the information provided by the merchants and apply it to the expression of delivery place, the exemption of force majeure, the expression of logistics timeliness and other scenarios.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 10 These Rules were first publicized on February 20, 2023, and shall come into force on March 1 day, 2023.
Article 11 Before May 3, 20231,there will be a transition period, during which illegal disposal will not take effect temporarily; After the transition period, illegal management and punishment will be formally implemented according to the contents publicized in these rules.

According to the requirements of Tmall Logistics Information Management Specification, in order to comprehensively improve the logistics experience of consumers, merchants should truthfully provide the logistics information corresponding to the physical goods they sell in Tmall, and ensure the authenticity, validity and accuracy of the information.
The specific data provision method, data confirmation, platform application description and rights and interests are as follows:
I. Special commodities/situations include:
1.O2O offline distribution, new retail, same-city distribution, no logistics, other logistics, self-mention by merchants, etc.
2. Tmall's supply and marketing platform distributes goods, customized goods and cars (two-wheelers and four-wheelers).
Second, data provision.
Merchants can choose the following ways to provide data according to their own situation.
(a) General access to the enterprise resource planning system
1. If the ERP you are using has been docked on the platform, you can click the link to confirm the data (the docked ERP includes BMS- Cainiao Cang, Guan Yi, Baozun, Kaijiao, online store manager, Jushuitan, Wanliniu, Qingtu, Qi Le, Yichengtong, Chaoqun, Youyi, Geek Cloud, Netcom and Fuller).
2. If the platform docking of the ERP you are using has not been completed, please contact your ERP service provider to dock or replace the docked ERP system as soon as possible.
3. General ERP service providers must complete the docking before April 30, 2023 at the latest.
(2) Self-developed/customized ERP access.
1. If you use self-developed or customized ERP, you must prepare for docking the white paper through the open platform and launch the docking application. Tmall will provide one-to-one docking debugging service support.
2. Self-developed/customized ERP must be docked before May 3 1 at the latest.
(3) Manual maintenance
If the ERP you use is not connected with the platform, or the ERP system is not used, the platform will automatically generate your store logistics information through algorithmic calculation.
If the logistics information automatically calculated by the algorithm is different from the actual situation, the merchant must click the link for manual confirmation and maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the information.
Third, data maintenance.
The generated data can be maintained after data docking, including warehouse information maintenance and goods information maintenance corresponding to the warehouse.

Fourth, data application.
(1) basic rights and interests
1. Traffic resource inclination: The platform will judge according to the needs of consumers according to the information such as the saleable inventory of the merchants, the corresponding warehouse location, the warehouse operation information (if any) and the location of consumers, and the goods that can better meet the needs of consumers will have the opportunity to obtain traffic resource inclination.
2. Delivery location expression: The platform will express the delivery location information to users on the product details page and the search and screening tab according to the logistics information maintained by the merchants and the actual routing situation of historical orders.
3. Force Majeure Exemption: Based on the logistics information maintained by the merchants, the platform will take the initiative to exempt if the merchants or the delivery place of the goods are in force majeure.
(2) Enhance rights and interests
1. Expression of estimated arrival time limit: The platform will calculate the estimated arrival time limit according to the logistics information maintained by merchants and the delivery situation of historical orders, and express it to consumers.
2. Expression of warehouse operation node: The platform will display the actual warehouse operation information returned by the merchants to consumers on the logistics details page.
3. Merchant express line quality diagnosis: The platform will summarize the express company's line performance and provide merchants with express line quality diagnosis functions, including abnormal reminder and abnormal line diagnosis.
